Yesterday, Louis turned 11. I can't believe it. It seems like just yesterday he was toddling throughout the house. Congratualtions Louis, on another wonderful birthday.
I made Louis the dessert he requested. My chocolate cupcakes with vanilla/cream cheese frosting. It is a gluten free recipe, and I will post the recipe if any interest arises. Let me know.
